The subscription renews automatically each month.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time either by contacting us at support@tippla.com.au or
within their profile.
To cancel, customers must notify us before the billing cycle renewal date to avoid charges for the next
month.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. Since our service offers immediate access
to credit reports, we consider the service to be rendered once access is granted.
In cases where a billing error occurs, such as a double charge or a charge post-cancellation, we will issue
a full refund for the erroneous transaction.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund requests should include the customer's name, subscription details, and the reason for the refund.
We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days of the request.
5. No-Risk Trial Period
If applicable, customers who sign up for a trial period and cancel within the trial duration will not be
charged. If they are inadvertently charged, a full refund will be provided.
6. Changes to Subscription
If a customer downgrades or upgrades their subscription, the change will take effect in the next billing
cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades mid-cycle.
